Reason for rating only two stars:One day after I placed my order, I suddenly received several emails in a row. One was saying that one of the parts was out of stock and refunded. The other was that the remaining BB that was in stock had been shipped. This was very infuriating. Because if you use a little bit of energy on your work, it’s easy to spot that the guest’s order was for one of those things. The other parts are choices that don’t really matter. And you can absolutely call or text to ask if I’m still accepting the remaining items when you know they’re out of stock. This is professional conduct at its most basic level. Rather than informing you of a shortage and immediately calling out the rest of the item. Leaving me no time to even coordinate. Inevitably, it feels like this is done on purpose.

Good shims but all 3 sizes was mixed in one bag. Would be convenient if they were separate bags.
